# Follow up with people who almost left a review

The **Almost left a review** tab shows people who started your form, for example gave a star rating or began typing, but left before clicking **Send testimonial**. These drafts are private, never shown publicly, and are not part of your Pending queue.

## See the list

1. Click **Testimonials** in the top menu.
2. Open the **Almost left a review** tab.

If nobody is there, you see "No near-misses right now."

## What happens if they come back

If the same person returns to the form in the same browser and sends it, their draft turns into a normal testimonial in **Pending**. You do not get a duplicate.

## What to do with near-misses

- If you know who it is, send a short personal note with your form link. A friendly nudge often gets the testimonial.
- If many people stop at the same step, make your form shorter, for example by removing optional fields.
