# Collect video testimonials

To collect video testimonials, turn on **Accept video testimonials** in your form. Your customers can then record a short video in their browser or upload a file, and each stored video uses one slot from your account's video slot pool.

## Turn on video

1. Click **Forms** in the top menu and open your form.
2. Under **What you accept**, turn on **Accept video testimonials**.
3. Keep **Accept text testimonials** on too if you want people to be able to choose.

## What your customer does

On the form, your customer can click **Start recording**, then **Stop recording**, and **Re-record** if they want another take. They can also upload a video file instead.

- Videos are meant to be short, about two minutes.
- A file can be up to 500 MB.
- If the camera is blocked, they see a message to check permissions or upload a file instead.

## Video slots

Your plan includes a pool of video slots shared by all your spaces: Solo 5, Pro 20, Agency 50, Studio 150, Max 500. Each stored video uses one slot. Text testimonials are unlimited on every plan.

When all slots are used, your form tells new visitors that video is temporarily full and lets them leave a written testimonial instead. You can add more slots at any time. See [Add more video slots](https://help.testimonials.ltd/articles/add-more-video-slots).
