# Where your data is stored and how to delete your account

Your account data and testimonials are stored on servers in Helsinki, Finland. Photos and videos are kept in Cloudflare storage in the EU. To delete your account, export what you want to keep, then email support@testimonials.ltd and we will delete it for you.

## Delete your account

1. Export your testimonials first. See [Export your testimonials](https://help.testimonials.ltd/articles/export-your-testimonials).
2. Email support@testimonials.ltd from your account email and ask for your account to be deleted.

Account deletion is done by a person, so it cannot happen by accident.

## A customer wants their testimonial removed

You decide what is shown. Change the testimonial to **Rejected** to take it down from your widgets and wall. People who left a testimonial should ask you, the account owner, to remove it.

## Collecting responsibly

Only publish testimonials you have the right and the person's consent to use.
