# How testimonials.ltd works

testimonials.ltd collects testimonials from your customers, lets you approve the ones you want, and shows them on your website with widgets and a hosted Wall of Love page. You pay once for a plan and keep it, with no subscription for the core product.

## The building blocks

- **Space**: one per product or brand. A space holds its own forms, testimonials, widgets, branding, Wall of Love and custom domain. You find them under **Spaces** in the top menu.
- **Form**: the page your customers fill in to leave a testimonial. Each form has a public link like `testimonials.ltd/c/your-form`.
- **Testimonials**: everything you receive or import. New ones arrive as **Pending** and only go public once you approve them.
- **Widgets**: embeddable displays (wall, carousel, marquee, rating badge and more) that you paste on your site.
- **Wall of Love**: a hosted page with all your approved testimonials, ready to link from anywhere.
- **Requests**: emails that ask your customers for a testimonial, with reminders and tracking.

## The usual flow

1. Create a space for your product.
2. Collect testimonials with a form link, email requests, or by importing reviews you already have.
3. Approve the ones you want to show.
4. Add a widget to your website or share your Wall of Love.

## Where things live in the app

The top menu has **Spaces**, **Testimonials**, **Widgets**, **Forms**, **Requests** and **Branding**. Your account menu holds **Settings** (Account & billing), **Team**, **Help center** and **Log out**.
