# Refund policy

How a refund works depends on where you bought. Plans bought on AppSumo have a 60-day refund through AppSumo. Purchases made directly on testimonials.ltd have a 7-day money-back guarantee. The full text is on our [refund policy page](https://testimonials.ltd/refund).

## Bought on AppSumo

Plans bought on AppSumo are covered by AppSumo's 60-day refund policy, no questions asked.

1. Open your AppSumo account within 60 days of buying.
2. Ask AppSumo for the refund. AppSumo handles it and tells us automatically.

After an AppSumo refund, your account moves to the free plan straight away and we email you. Nothing is deleted: every testimonial stays in your account and you can export everything. The free plan covers 1 space, 5 video slots and 20 request emails a month, and anything above those limits is kept, never deleted. If you also bought a plan directly from us, you keep that plan.

## Bought directly on testimonials.ltd

Direct purchases, such as an upgrade paid through our checkout, come with a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.

1. Within 7 days of paying, email support@testimonials.ltd from the address you bought with.
2. Say you would like a refund. A real person reads every request and replies.

The money goes back to the payment method you used. Your bank or card provider decides how quickly it shows on your statement. After 7 days the purchase is final.

## Monthly add-ons

Add-ons billed monthly, such as extra video slots, are not covered by either refund policy. You can cancel an add-on any time to stop future charges. The current period is not pro-rated.

## Duplicate or mistaken payment

Email support@testimonials.ltd and we will put it right.
