# Share your form link or QR code

Every form has a public link like `https://testimonials.ltd/c/your-form`. Open the form's **Share & collect** panel to copy the link, download a QR code, or copy a code snippet to put the form on your own site.

## Copy the link

1. Click **Forms** in the top menu and open your form.
2. In **Share & collect**, click **Copy** to copy the link, or **Open** to see the form as your customers do.
3. Paste the link into an email, a chat message, your invoice or your email signature.

The panel also has **Quick share** buttons and an **Email request template** you can copy.

## Download a QR code

Under **QR code**, download it as **PNG** (for slides and screens) or **SVG** (for sharp printing at any size). Put it on receipts, packaging, posters or the last slide of a talk.

## Embed the form on your site

Under **Embed on your site**, click **Copy code** and paste the snippet into your page. The form then works inside your site.

## Add details to the link

You can add these to the end of the link:

- `?stars=5` pre-selects a star rating (1 to 5).
- `?e=` followed by the customer's email tags the testimonial with that person, so you can see who sent it. It does not fill in a field on the form.

For example: `https://testimonials.ltd/c/acme?stars=5`. Email requests sent from testimonials.ltd add their own tracking automatically, so you do not need to do this for them.
