# My widget is not showing on my site

If your widget does not appear, the cause is almost always one of five things: the widget is turned off, nothing is approved yet, part of the snippet is missing, your plan is not active, or your site blocks our script. Work through the checks below in order.

## 1. Is the widget active?

Open **Widgets**, open the widget and check that **Widget is active** is on. Inactive widgets show nothing on your site.

## 2. Do you have approved testimonials?

Widgets only show approved testimonials. Open **Testimonials** and approve some in the **Pending** tab. See [Approve, reject or hide testimonials](https://help.testimonials.ltd/articles/approve-or-reject-testimonials).

## 3. Is the whole snippet on the page?

You need both the `div` where the widget goes and the script. Copy the snippet again from the widget page and paste it as described in [Add a widget to your website](https://help.testimonials.ltd/articles/install-a-widget-on-your-website). On Wix, a floating popup must go in **Settings**, **Custom Code**, at **Body end**.

Some site builders only run scripts on the published site, not in the editor preview. Check the live page.

## 4. Is your plan active?

Widgets, forms and walls only work while your account has an active plan. See [Plans and limits](https://help.testimonials.ltd/articles/plans-and-limits).

## 5. Does your site block our script?

If the widget shows "Could not load testimonials.", your site likely has a strict Content Security Policy. Add these to it:

- `script-src`: https://app.testimonials.ltd
- `connect-src`: https://api.testimonials.ltd and https://app.testimonials.ltd
