Add more video slots

To store more video testimonials, add extra slots on the Account & billing page. Slots come in blocks of 50 as a monthly add-on that you can cancel at any time.

How video slots work

• Your plan includes a set number of video slots, shared across all your spaces.
• Each stored video uses one slot.
• When you go over, your newest extra videos are locked. Locked videos are hidden from walls and widgets but never deleted.
• The Video slots card shows Nearly full when you have used 85 percent.

Add slots

1. Click your account menu, then Account & billing.
2. In the Video slots card, use More slots to choose how many blocks of 50 you want.
3. Click Add and complete checkout.

Locked videos unlock as soon as the slots are added.

Change or cancel the add-on

• To change the amount, adjust the stepper and click Update.
• To stop it, click Cancel add-on. You see how many videos would lock, then confirm with Yes, cancel at period end. Slots stay until the end of the current billing period, and you can resume before then.

Monthly add-ons are separate from your one-time plan. The current period is not pro-rated, and add-ons are not covered by the refund policy. Prices are on the pricing page.
