Text testimonials are unlimited on every plan.
What each limit means
- Spaces: one space per brand or product, each with its own forms, widgets, branding and Wall of Love.
- Video slots: one shared pool for your whole account. Each stored video uses one slot. You can add more video slots.
- Request emails: testimonial request emails and their reminders.
- Team seats: teammates you can invite. You, the owner, do not use a seat.
Extras on higher plans
- Custom domains and removing the “Powered by” badge are included from Pro.
- White-label and priority support are included from Agency.

- Click your account menu, then Account & billing.
- Look at Usage against your caps for spaces, testimonials and video slots.
