Import reviews from G2, Google, Trustpilot and other sites

The fastest way to bring in reviews you already have is to connect testimonials.ltd to Claude and ask it to import your review page. Reviews come across word for word, with the name, photo, star rating and original date, and duplicates are skipped.

Sites that import automatically

G2, Trustpilot, Capterra, Yelp, Google Maps, Google Play, Facebook, Amazon, the App Store, the Chrome Web Store and the Shopify App Store.

For Product Hunt, Tripadvisor and Clutch, Claude reads the page for you instead.

Import with Claude

1. Connect the testimonials.ltd connector to Claude. See Connect testimonials.ltd to Claude, ChatGPT or Grok Bot.
2. In Claude, ask: “Import every review from https://www.g2.com/products/your-product/reviews into my testimonials.ltd space.”
3. Claude shows a preview first. Confirm, and it imports the reviews. Big pages run in several rounds.
4. Open Testimonials in the app to see them.

Paid plans import unlimited reviews. Free workspaces can import 25 reviews per month.

Other ways from the app

On the Testimonials page, click Import from a review site:

• Collect them with ChatGPT or Claude: copy a ready prompt. Your AI gives you a CSV file, which you then upload with Import CSV.
• Ask us to import it for you (paid plans): paste the Review page link, add a note if needed, and click Send to our support team.

Good to know

• Google reviews do not sync live. The import is a copy. Run it again later to add newer reviews; ones you already have are skipped.
• Owner replies are not imported.
