Share your form link or QR code

Every form has a public link like <https://testimonials.ltd/c/your-form>. Open the form’s Share & collect panel to copy the link, download a QR code, or copy a code snippet to put the form on your own site.

Copy the link

1. Click Forms in the top menu and open your form.
2. In Share & collect, click Copy to copy the link, or Open to see the form as your customers do.
3. Paste the link into an email, a chat message, your invoice or your email signature.

The panel also has Quick share buttons and an Email request template you can copy.

Download a QR code

Under QR code, download it as PNG (for slides and screens) or SVG (for sharp printing at any size). Put it on receipts, packaging, posters or the last slide of a talk.

Embed the form on your site

Under Embed on your site, click Copy code and paste the snippet into your page. The form then works inside your site.

Add details to the link

You can add these to the end of the link:

• ?stars=5 pre-selects a star rating (1 to 5).
• ?e= followed by the customer’s email tags the testimonial with that person, so you can see who sent it. It does not fill in a field on the form.

For example: <https://testimonials.ltd/c/acme?stars=5>. Email requests sent from testimonials.ltd add their own tracking automatically, so you do not need to do this for them.
