What your customers see when they leave a testimonial
Your customer taps a star rating, writes or records a testimonial, adds their details and an optional photo, then clicks Send testimonial.
On this page
Your customer goes through four short steps: a star rating, the testimonial itself, their details, and an optional photo. Then they click Send testimonial. No account or login is needed.
The four steps
- Rating: they tap a star to start. You can change the star icon to a heart, rocket or other icon on the Branding page.
- Testimonial: they type what stood out, or record or upload a video if your form accepts video.
- Your details: their name is required. Title, company and social link appear if your form asks for them.
- Add a photo?: optional. A photo can be up to 5 MB.
After they click Send testimonial, they see your thank-you message, or go to your redirect URL if you set one.
What happens next
- The testimonial arrives in Testimonials under Pending. Nothing goes public until you approve it.
- A rating with no text is allowed and also arrives as Pending.
- If someone gives a rating but leaves before sending, you see them under Almost left a review. See Follow up with people who almost left a review.
Make the form look like yours
The form uses the logo, accent color, font and tagline from Branding. See Brand your forms, widgets and wall.
Troubleshooting
- “This form is not available.” The form is switched off (Form is active is off) or the account has no active plan. See My form or Wall of Love shows “not available” or a 404.
- Photo will not upload. Ask your customer to pick an image under 5 MB.
