- Send testimonial requests by emailOpen Requests, choose a template and a form, paste your customers' emails or upload a CSV, pick when to send, and click Send requests.
- Set up automatic remindersIn Requests, open Settings, then Reminders, turn on Send automatic reminders, and choose how often and how many reminders to send.
